Founded by B金E (Bernie Alza Egenias) and GCB (Gilda Capili Bascuguin) on January 28, 1997, B.A.E. Builders Inc. began from humble beginnings. With nothing but extensive experience in aluminum, glass, and construction, unwavering determination, and their last ₱4,000, they took a leap of faith to pursue their dream, using the funds to purchase essential starting raw materials with the help of pre-selling. At the same time, their first child, 余烬 Ember, was born—a symbol of hope and inspiration for the family. Their journey began in a tiny 9-square-meter shop in Mambog I, Bacoor City, Cavite, where GCB served as the secretary, and
B金E worked as both craftsman and laborer. With limited space, production took place on the roadside, surrounded by raw materials, a crib for Ember, and their dreams of building something extraordinary.

Through hard work, perseverance, and the unwavering support of their loyal clients—many of whom became lifelong friends—they slowly grew their business. By 2013, their efforts bore fruit when Ember successfully graduated from
De La Salle University - Dasmariñas with a degree in Architecture. Growing up immersed in the family business, Ember was shaped by the values of dedication and entrepreneurship instilled by his parents, now focusing on manufacturing, importation, and developing high-end residences.

n 2020, EMBER also ventured into content creation, focusing on live and recorded manufacturing and construction processes to share his passion for producing high-end doors and windows. The content also showcased the daily lives of the entire B金E Builders Inc. team, successfully reaching the high-end market and attracting followers with shared interests in doors, windows, and construction. Now, in 2024, Ember has transformed what was once B.A.E. Glass and Aluminum Supply into B.A.E. Builders Inc., a family corporation specializing in the manufacturing, importation, and development of high-end homes. Powered by skilled workers trained by B金E himself in production and GCB in administration—workers who have been loyal and have stayed from the time they were young, continuing into the present and the future—the company operates with production and office facilities in the Philippines and a factory in Mainland China, producing premium aluminum glass doors and windows that set industry standards.

Together with his parents, B金E and GCB, as well as his siblings, Engr. Angelo Egenias and PM Ivylyn Magno, 余烬 Ember and his fellow family incorporators continue to lead the company with the same grit and passion that built it from the ground up. What started as a small roadside shop is now a legacy of innovation, excellence, and family pride.
